Our story

Lords of Beats is an alternative Label, Publishing, Production, & Distribution started in 2001. Currently based in America, but has its origins in England. Mrs. Taylor originally started writing lyrics and short melodies during her studies at the Hartford College of Women, with no intention of ever sharing them with anyone. As fate would have it, it wasn't until a friend of a friend told Marie that OG Magillicutty and Bones were looking for a vocalist to expand their duo into what later become MABOOG and soon the trio was self-producing singles, songwriting, and beat-making that would eventually become their first studio and what the world know as Lords of Beats.
